Made-to-order or custom items are processed within 7 to 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout for Canadian orders under $100 CAD.
Free standard shipping applies to Canadian orders over $100 CAD.

United States Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $24.90 USD for orders from $0 to $74.99 USD.
Standard shipping is $34.90 USD for orders from $75 to $149.99 USD.
Additional standard shipping rates, where available, are calculated at checkout for United States orders under $250 USD.
Free standard shipping applies to United States orders over $250 USD.
Express shipping is $49.90 USD for orders from $0 to $149.99 USD.
Express shipping is $59.90 USD for orders over $150 USD.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada, including orders shipped to the United States, are shipped DDU.
This means customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country.
Liana Michaels Beaute does not collect or pay these fees at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is in transit, Liana Michaels Beaute is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number if your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
